Lo contenido en la presente ley debe ajustarse a lo previsto en el artículo 322 de la Ley 1955 de 2019, en donde los programas de reforestación propuestos por el gobierno nacional deberán dar prioridad a la siembra de árboles nativos con esquemas de georreferenciación .
